Keep them dry
Preserved roses are not dehydrated — they are stabilized. Never add water, and keep them clear of humidifiers and steam.
Shield them from light
Interior shelves are excellent; a bedside away from windows, ideal; a shaded dining room, lovely. Sunny windowsills — please avoid; spotlights — limit exposure.
Mind the temperature
They are happiest between 60 and 75°F (15–24°C), away from radiators, vents, and fireplaces.
Touch with care
Preserved petals cannot regrow what is damaged. Lift the arrangement from its vessel, keep it from curious hands and paws, and resist rearranging.
Dust occasionally
A soft makeup brush is ideal; compressed air in short bursts from eight inches or more is acceptable. Water, sprays, damp cloths, and fingers — never.
Let them rest
Preserved flowers respond best to stillness. Choose their place, and let them stay.

Every rose is a natural bloom, and digital photography cannot perfectly capture the depth of a preserved petal. Slight variation is the signature of a real flower.
Do not panic. Blot gently with a dry paper towel and let it air-dry — no heat, hair dryers, or direct sunlight.

If You Need to Store Your Arrangement
Return it to its original packaging and keep it in a cool, dry, dark closet or cabinet — never a basement, attic, or garage. Weeks are fine; months are acceptable. Allow it a few hours to acclimate before re-display.
